The little things

.........................................................................
* The high-pitched excited squeal of "Good Morning Mummie!" from Charlotte when she walks down the stairs after she awakes.
* The sweet pictures or crafts that Jordan makes me on a whim for no apparent reason
* The way William lays his sweet head on my shoulder every time I pick him up
* When my husband puts a blanket over me every time I fall asleep on the couch or the chair
* When Punkin goes to sleep with Jordan, and waits for him to fall asleep before coming back down stairs to join me and my husband
* Jordan defending my love for him to all his friends every time I tell him I love him in public. "It's not gross that my mom loves me! Doesn't your mommy love you?" Always screaming "I love you" back.
*When my husband comes up from behind me when I am doing the dishes, washing my face, putting on my make up, or even changing a diaper and rubs my shoulders as he hugs a kisses me on the neck.
*When William and Charlotte refer to me and Chase as "Honey" instead of Mom or Dad.
*When Jordan asks to wear one of Chases shirts when he is deployed
*The first time meeting one of my husbands friends, they always say that they have heard nothing short of how wonderful of a wife and woman I am.
*How Charlotte will ever so gently wipe a strand of hair away from my face to tuck behind my ear, and then give me the sweetest kiss.
*How my husband carries me upstairs to bed each and every time I fall asleep downstairs with out ever waking me.
*Walking past Jordans room at night to see Jordan and Chase sitting on the bottom bunk together in the dark, with nothing but a flashlight (Chase still in his uniform from the work day fast asleep while Jordan reads him a book)

Sometimes the largest blessings in life come from the little things.

(Taking the time to sit and remember the little things through out a day that deserve to be remembered and celebrated)
