Last night was an adventure. We celebrated the day (just because) with some wonderful homemade basil, cheese, garlic, and tomato pizza with a friend of ours. It was my very first time making pizza from scratch (from the fresh toppings to the delicious dough for the crust), and it was AMAZING! It will become a favorite in our household for all! After the kids went to bed for the night, Chase, myself, and our friend Michelle decided to check out this thing called "Chatroulette" online, and was in for a complete shock! If there were not so many perverted and sick people in the world, it would be a wonderful concept! I can't even begin to describe some of the horrors of indecency we saw. If you have children, I would make sure that it is BANNED from ever entering! On the other hand, we did run into a few normal people, and we were able to have brief conversations with people from Paris, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, and all over the united states. Chase even convinced someone to join the Navy! It was definitely an adventure, and pretty fun as long as we kept our cursor on the next button in case we caught a quick glimpse of "improperness". After we said our goodbyes to our chat friends, and our good friend Michelle, we headed up stairs to go to bed. At ten o'clock at night, we had to strip our bed, and throw the sheets in the wash, and venture down stairs to sleep on the couch. Oh, the joys of potty training, and having a little girl run around the house with no panties or diapers! Need I say more? To top off the night, as we were making our bed on the couch, we came across ANOTHER huge wet spot! Oh, dear...... ! It was not urine thankfully! Our sweet dog, our sweet big dog has a problem with drool as he sleeps. After soaking up as much as we could, and cleaning the couch, we were finally, at last, able to re-make our bed and call it a night. Our night was full of many different adventures.
This morning, on the other hand was quite the opposite. We awoke to some happy babies and took our morning meal outside. We have had a lovely morning eating blueberries, sipping coffee, bouncing balls, blowing bubbles, and enjoying the affections of our loved ones.
