Kettle Corn, and Deep Sinks

The Children (and Punkin) eagerly await for Jordan to come home from school.

They miss him so much, and know that there will be a good after school snack that they can participate in.

Today, the snack was simply kettle corn pop-corn. I think they all find it much more enjoyable to watch the pop-corn pop, more so then eating it. Isn't it amazing how the most simplest of things can stir up so much wonder in a child?

After snack time, its always homework time. Usually the babies like to color or paint a picture while Jordan does his studies. Today, they were simply content munching away at their crunchy, sweet, yummy goodness.

After all the studies, snack, playtime, and dinner is complete for the night, its time to wash, put pj's on, and braid hair in preparation for bedtime. During the work week, I usually wash the babies in the deep sink we have in our wash room. The kids look forward to it so much, that sometimes it becomes a challenge to make it through dinner. William will sit in his chair, and cry "Sink, Sink, Sink!" over and over again. He becomes so fixated on getting his bath in the sink, that he looses all appetite for dinner. Thank goodness, that usually after a couple of minutes of ignoring the whole "sink" cry out, he eventually gives up, and eats. Bathing the kids in the deep sink is wonderful for me right now with my bum knee. If I had to wash them in the bath tub right now, they might only get bathed two times a week. I am going to be sad the day when they are too big to wash in the deep sink.
