Down with the sickness

For the last week our children have been trading off sicknesses to one another. The past couple of days, it has been William's turn to be "down with the sickness".  This bug has been wiping out everyone in the family leaving no room for energy for anything.  We have been finding little made beds like this all over the house. Between Charlotte, and William's bed making skills, we have found them everywhere and anywhere, from the kitchen floor, to under the dining table, to under the chair, and even on the top of our piano bench to name a few.
When William is sad, angry, or just not feeling well, he has a very hard time sharing certain things like his "woobie" or "Maximus" his teddy.  He is very close to both things, and keeps a very close eye on them both.
Ahh, trying to get them to eat is a serious challenge when there sick. Well, trying to get them to eat meals that is. To keep them from raiding the pantry (which they help them selves too all the time) I have figured out a way to let them snack and to not fill them up.  We have been coming very found of remote carpet picnics with water and popcorn.  (a half a bag will last almost the whole day!)
